Claude has held various positions in the field of Human Resources, in large international matrixed organizations, and a mid-size Canadian organization. He learned his Human Resources trade through various roles in the Petroleum industry, before taking on a role as Vice-President, Human Resources in the field of Cosmetics, and finally, a similar role in the IT industry.
With a career spanning over five different decades, Claude has led numerous change initiatives, such as structure change, process improvements, system implementation, culture change, mergers, acquisition, policies…on top of all ‘other’ technological changes.
Claude has certifications in Consulting skills, Business Process Improvements and Behavioural Coaching. Over the years, he has acquired a passion for talent and leadership development. You will often hear him say that ‘it’s now time for me to give back to others.’
As part of his professional development, Claude has spent many years in Alberta and Nova Scotia, embracing the cultures and lending a volunteer hand in the social and artistic development of local communities. His tribulations have contributed to the numerous examples he likes to use when delivering a training program.
