Gary is a seasoned business leader with a proven ability to develop and communicate a vision, translate it into collaborative, practical actions and inspire teams to achieve superior results.

With over twenty years of increasingly senior roles in the Information Technology industry, Gary has worked with corporate executives and government departments to develop and implement innovative solutions, ranging from small localized networks through to complete business process outsourcing across multiple provinces. As a senior professional in one of the world’s largest IT solution organizations, Gary has received national and international recognition for his demonstrated track record of success in designing and implementing innovative best practices for complex environments.

In 2003 Gary was invited to bring his considerable business development, sales and coaching skills to the benefit of the largest accounting and advisory firm in the region. As part of the Executive Management Committee, Gary worked closely with Partners in the firm to enhance their capabilities in client service and practice development. Following on this success, Gary established his own strategic consulting organization in order to work with a more diverse group of business leaders on a broader range of development activities.

In early 2008 Gary was introduced to the Prosci methodology as a means to enhance project benefits and organizational performance. Having experienced first hand the challenges faced on the people side of change over the previous twenty-five years, Gary began incorporating change management best practices into solutions for his clients.

Intrigued by the significant benefits his clients were achieving by implementing best practices in change management and seeing a major market opportunity, Gary joined Prosci Canada in 2010. Since that time, Gary has been dedicating his skills to helping organizations build a competency in change management so they can achieve higher levels of success with their major transformations and change initiatives.
