Graham is a results-driven organizational development and change management specialist, with exceptional communication, facilitation and organizational skills and a solid background in organizational leadership. He has over 25 years experience leading high profile OD and change initiatives, coaching executives to lead sustainable change, developing organizational capacity for change, and creating high-performing teams.
With qualifications in organizational psychology, change management and project management, Graham has worked at the individual, group and systems levels as a senior consultant in North America, Europe, Africa and Latin America. He has designed and led interventions in the public and private sectors, in higher education and in communities, and on occasion he has assumed an operational role to enhance project outcomes.
On occasion he has assumed an operational role to enhance project outcomes. As the National Director of an international development and exchange organization he led a group of 500 professionals and volunteers establishing strategy, designing and initiating projects and overseeing operations from the executive level.
Graham started working with Prosci Canada and the Prosci methodology in 2009 and more formally joined Prosci Canada in 2012 to become a faculty member, Executive Instructor and Certified Prosci Instructor. In addition to his considerable change management background, Graham is a PMP and holds a Masters in Organizational & Industrial Psychology. He is currently based out of Vancouver, BC.
