  • Rick Nurse

    B.A., M.H.Sc.

    Rick has served as the President and CEO of a number of Canada’s most respected Teaching Hospitals and subsequently served as The Commissioner (Deputy Minister) for the Nova Scotia Public Service Commission (PSC), and as Deputy Minister for Immigration. He reactivated his consulting business in 2006 and, in addition to other assignments, he served a Project Coordinator for an Interhealth Canada project involving the development and opening of two new health facilities for the Turks and Caicos Islands.

    Carl has been involved in training and development for over 25 years.  His extensive background in Healthcare Supply Chain Management had him working for the largest company in the industry, and founding his own company.  These experiences taught Carl many lessons in change management that he applies on a day-to-day basis.  Since 1999 Carl has been a consultant, specializing in strategic growth and change management with many not-for-profit organizations throughout North America.
