    Claude has held various positions in the field of Human Resources, in large international matrixed organizations, and a mid-size Canadian organization. He learned his Human Resources trade through various roles in the Petroleum industry, before taking on a role as Vice-President, Human Resources in the field of Cosmetics, and finally, a similar role in the IT industry.

Before joining Prosci, Josy’s career spanned over twenty years as a managing consultant focused on change management, learning and development, project management and executive coaching. Her seasoned approached has been developed through working as an external, internal, and independent consultant.

    Kirk is the longest-serving Prosci Master Instructor in Canada and founded the organization that launched Prosci in Canada after crafting his Change Management instructional skills while working with Prosci Inc in both an instructional and research capacity.

    Recognized as an outstanding Human Resources Professional with over 18 years experience, Ms. Tremblay is a sought after facilitator and a trusted advisor and coach. Her Human Resources expertise was acquired from the ground up – first working as an HR consultant in a variety of industries with national and international reach and then as an HR Generalist moving from individual contributor to manager, director and finally Vice President of an HR function.

    Carl has been involved in training and development for over 25 years.  His extensive background in Healthcare Supply Chain Management had him working for the largest company in the industry, and founding his own company.  These experiences taught Carl many lessons in change management that he applies on a day-to-day basis.  Since 1999 Carl has been a consultant, specializing in strategic growth and change management with many not-for-profit organizations throughout North America.
