    Claude has held various positions in the field of Human Resources, in large international matrixed organizations, and a mid-size Canadian organization. He learned his Human Resources trade through various roles in the Petroleum industry, before taking on a role as Vice-President, Human Resources in the field of Cosmetics, and finally, a similar role in the IT industry.

    Recognized as an outstanding Human Resources Professional with over 18 years experience, Ms. Tremblay is a sought after facilitator and a trusted advisor and coach. Her Human Resources expertise was acquired from the ground up – first working as an HR consultant in a variety of industries with national and international reach and then as an HR Generalist moving from individual contributor to manager, director and finally Vice President of an HR function.
