Prosci Change Management Certification Program

The onsite Certification Program is the same great Prosci Certification Program offered at resort venues across the country, with the same seasoned Master Instructors, in a customized version for your organization. This program is an intensive immersion into the Prosci research, methodology and tools as participants begin to build actual change management plans and gain certification in the Prosci methodology.

Program Highlights

This program provides the participants with the skills required to manage current and future change projects within the participants’ organizations.

By the end of the program, participants are able to:

  • Understand how effective change management improves organizational results
  • Learn to apply a research-based change management methodology and toolset
  • Understand the fundamentals of change and change management
  • Articulate the value of change management to your peers and leaders
  • Learn how to apply the Prosci ADKAR Model to facilitate individual change
  • Apply the Prosci 3-Phase Process to a real project, enabling you to:
    • Assess readiness
    • Identify impacted groups
    • Build a holistic strategy for influencing individual transitions
  • Walk away with a change management plan and an executive presentation on the business case for change management
  • Gain certification in the Prosci change management methodology and access to the Prosci change management methodology and tools

The program, conducted by seasoned executives with years of industry experience and business acumen, is designed as an interactive, hands-on learning experience involving:

  • Group break-out activities with follow-up presentations/debrief sessions by each group to reflect and reinforce their grasp of the material
  • In-program executive presentations of the developing CM strategy with an opportunity for feedback
  • Pop-quizzes, Q&A sessions, and in-class exercises to enable participants to revisit the core concepts and apply what they learn
  • One on one sounding board/advice time with the executive instructor
